Hi, I'm Nik Pathran
I wasn't always doing identity-driven work.
There was a time when I felt like I had become a complete stranger to my own ambition. Someone doing "good" work that didn't feel true. I was productive but hollow.
That internal friction is what eventually led me here. Not to just rethink my career, but to redesign how I authentically show up in the work.
Now I help others.
